Incorporated in 1929, and named after its founder W.G. Tolleson, this 5.6 square mile city is located approximately 17 miles west of Phoenix, and about 25 minutes from Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport. Tolleson is home to several subdivisions. For example, Ryland at Heritage Point features single-family homes constructed in 2003, and range in size from 1,300 to 2,900 square feet, on average. Nearby Estrella Park features single-family homes built in 2003-2004, as well. Country Place is a subdivision developed by Meritage Homes and Farmington Fields is a more-established neighborhood with single-family homes.
