Legacy Parc is a subdivision in Surprise, and is bounded by Sarival Avenue to the west, Greenway Road to the north, 159th Drive to the east and Waddell Road to the south. This master-planned community has 516 single-family homes in a beautiful community featuring greenbelts and pocket parks. Legacy Parc builders include Morrison Homes, Shea, Ryland, Capital Pacific. These homes were constructed between 2002 and 2004, for the most part.
Things To Do: Golfing options within Surprise include the Granite Falls Golf Course, Coyote Lakes Golf Club, Desert Springs Golf Course and Arizona Traditions Golf Course. Surprise Stadium is the Spring Training home to Major League Baseball’s Texas Rangers and Kansas City Royals. Surprise Stadium also hosts movie nights for the families of Surprise as well as a festival and fireworks display on the Fourth of July.
